§ A355-3. Annexation: November 7, 1994.

A. 

Property annexed.

(1) 

In accordance with § 66.021(12), Wis. Stats., and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer by Andrew E. Schnitzler, Sr., Andrew M. Schnitzler, Jr., and Karen T. Schnitzler, sole owners of the property to be annexed, the following described property in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa:

	A part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin. The parcel is more particularly described as follows:
	Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 10-12-17; thence S88 13' 37" East, along the North line of said Section, 856 feet; thence S00 35' 46" West, along the Easterly line of Volume 801, Page 08 of Deeds, 928 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said Easterly line, S12 41' 48" West, 1612.75 feet; thence N88 36' 49" West, 517.79 feet to the West line of said Section 10; thence S00 35' 46" West, along said line 158 feet more or less to the West 1/4 corner of said Section 10; thence N88 38' 52" East along the Southerly line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 10, 982.29 feet to the Westerly line of Certified Survey Map Number 2919 as recorded in Volume 17 on Pages 106 and 107 of surveys; thence N02 04' 21" West along said Westerly line and an extension thereof, 1697.88 feet; thence S88 38' 52" West, 54.90 feet to the point of beginning.
	The parcel contains 544,228 square feet or 12.4938 total acres, more or less.

Said property is shown on the map on file with the Clerk-Treasurer marked Exhibit "A." There are no electors residing on said property.

B. 

Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the property described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of Theresa for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such property shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Theresa.

C. 

Approvals. This section is passed subsequent to the Village of Theresa receiving approval of said annexation from the Department of Administration as required by § 66.021(12), Wis. Stats., and after due notice having been given to the Town of Theresa in regards to said annexation.

D. 

Zoning and classification. Pursuant to the Zoning Code of the Village of Theresa, the Village Board designates that the property annexed shall be classified as R-1 Single-Family Residential Zoning.
