§ A355-7. Annexation: August 2, 1999.

    Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.021, Wis. Stats., and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer on the 22nd day of June 1999, signed by a number of electors residing in the territory equal to at least the majority of votes cast for Governor in the territory at the last gubernatorial election and the owners of at least 1/2 of the land in area in the territory, the following described territory in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa, Wisconsin:
    The South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and all of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 excepting therefrom Lot 1 of Certified Survey as recorded in Volume 4 of Certified Surveys on page 236 in the Dodge County Register of Deeds Office, said lands all being located in Section 15, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin.
    B. 
    Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of Theresa for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Theresa.
    C. 
    Zoning classification. Upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, the territory annexed to the Village of Theresa by this section is zoned as follows, pursuant to § 66.021(7)(a), Wis. Stats.:R-2 (Two-Family Residential District).
